Additional information regarding benefits for full-time Customer Service Representative position:

Paid vacation: 5 days per year accruing at 0.417 days/month in first year, with 1 additional vacation day each year, capped at 12 vacation days per year.
• Paid holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July  4), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November), Christmas (December 25).
• Paid bereavement leave: 5 days for parents, parents-in-law, spouse, sons or daughters if overseas travel is required or 2 days if no overseas travel is required, which may be extended up to a total of 4 days for employees attending a funeral will be given a maximum of 4 days; 3 days for brothers, sisters, grandparents or grandparents-in-law if overseas travel is required or 1 day for brothers, sisters, grandparents or grandparents-in-law if no overseas travel is required.
• Paid wedding leave: for employees, 5 days if overseas travel is required or 3 days if no overseas travel is required; for employee’s children’s wedding, 3 days if overseas travel is required or 2 days if no overseas travel is required.
• Jury duty: Up to 5 days’ paid per year.
• Auto mileage reimbursement: IRS rate for business travel.
• Medical insurance: Employee and dependent coverage through employer’s health insurance plan, employer pays $150 of the premium cost.
• Retirement: Simple IRA plan with an up to 2% match after 2 years of full-time employment.
• Family and medical leave: per state and federal law.
• Paid sick leave: 1 hour for every 40 hours worked per state law.
